Kyle’s previous roles have included Learning and Development Consultant, Senior Leadership and Team Development Consultant, and Organizational Development Manager at Andersen/Accenture.

Kyle holds a M.S. in Communication and a B.S. in Public Relations/Business Administration from Illinois State University.
