Greg Miller is the founder of and partner with NinthEdge. He is a highly experienced leadership development facilitator and trainer with expertise in experience-based training and development.
Instruction and Facilitation:
As a seasoned instructor, Greg has designed and delivered workshops and learning sessions in a variety of performance development topics including Communication Skills, Meeting Facilitation, Team Effectiveness, Team Leadership, Conflict Management, Creative Thinking, Relationship Building, Problem Solving, Negotiation Skills, Virtual Teaming, and Presentation Skills. He has acted as a learning coach to other instructors to help them improve their skills and maximize their effectiveness. He is certified to administer and interpret a variety of personal and team assessments, including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the TDf Instrument.
Eclectic Client Experience:
With an original background as an industrial engineer and then as an organizational development consultant, Greg is skilled at providing performance development services to both technical and non-technical professionals. He has worked with clients in a large spectrum of industries, including professional services, finance, high-tech, healthcare, education, and manufacturing.
Work and Academic Experience:
Prior to founding NinthEdge, Greg worked as an Organizational Development Manager for the Performance Consulting group of Arthur Andersen, and as a Process and Environmental Engineer for International Paper. Greg graduated from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois, with an M.S.Ed. in Educational Psychology, and The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, with a B.S.E. in Industrial Engineering.
Greg has also served as an instructor and guide in wilderness activities and expeditions, specializing in backcountry canoeing adventures in the Boundary Waters lakes of northern Minnesota.
