Kyle Courtaway is a partner for NinthEdge, Inc. He focuses on the alignment of talent to business strategy and maximizing leaders’ potential to create powerful change.

Professional Background:

Kyle has over 25 years of experience working in all areas of strategic talent management including succession planning, high potential identification, competency alignment, performance management systems, executive coaching, 360° instrumentation, intact leadership team development, and key talent development.

Kyle’s previous roles have included Learning and Development Consultant, Senior Leadership and Team Development Consultant, and Organizational Development Manager at Andersen/Accenture; the Director of the Business and Professional Development Institute at the College of Lake County; and adjunct faculty at multiple colleges in the Chicago area teaching in all areas of leadership and talent management/development. He spent seven years as a Master Faculty for Korn Ferry teaching and coaching clients in the application of strategic talent management tools. In addition, he has served as a Speaker Coach for the TEDx Minneapolis organization helping spread ideas that matter and hosted the leadership podcast, “The Switch and the Dial”.
